Toxicological trivia from June 11, 2014: in the previous trivia (236) we speak of verbena. Verbena has longstanding use in herbalism and folk medicine, usually as an herbal tea. In herbal medicine it is used, finely chopped, and boiled in water for: a) Insomnia; b) headaches and menstrual pains, galactogoga, mild infections and intestinal parasites (worms); c) Both previous assertions are correct.
