Toxicological Trivia from June 07, 2010:  Some parents treat their children with head lice with the same product which they treat their dogs. The profesionalse warn that this strange solution could poison children. The use of dog  flea pipette to attack lice among kids alerted doctors to the Ministry of Health of the province of Buenos Aires in August 2007, warning that many people resort to the use of pipettes to exterminate flea lice seriously endangering the health of their children. Our explanation is that:
a) Most people do not see a doctor for head lice and then turn to home remedies;
b) Many doctors advise their use;
c) The product label insert says suitable for human use.
