Toxicological trivia from April 27, 2010: One in 25 adults between 15 and 64 consume cannabis, according to recent estimation. Many of them believe that it is a bit harmful substance whose use is associated only with increased euphoria, hunger or sleepiness. However, the marijuana have risks. A review published in October 2009 in ‘The Lancet’ showed  more acute adverse effects that are most often recorded, particularly among newcomers. They are:
a) Crisis of anxiety and panic;
b) The emergence of psychotic symptoms;
c) Both previous assertions are correct.
