Toxicological trivia from June 04, 2014: Verbena(vervain), is a genus in the family Verbenaceae. It contains about 250 species of annual and perennial herbaceous or semi-woody flowering plants. The majority of the species are native to the New World from Canada south to southern Argentina and Chile. In herbal medicine has several uses. Do not use for: a) Pregnant, having a slightly abortifacient; b) The elderly people, to produce urinary retention; c)  Both previous answers are correct.
