Toxicological Trivia from February 19, 2010: The Japanese government issued an alert in January 2008 to all health centers in the country to look out for possible poisoning gyooza consumption imported from China (dough stuffed with minced meat and spices). A partial report found that the number of people with symptoms of poisoning after eating gyoza imported from China rose to 72 people of 17 different provinces. The contamination was with:
a) Methamidophos,
b) Chlorpyrifos,
c) Dimethoate.
