I am very interested in toxicology issues because in my country there is a very little output of publications (if any) about them. In our city (over one million inhabitants) there is only one hospital with toxicology service – the Japanese University Hospital-. Dr. Olivares is in charge of it and he does it just on behalf of his own commitment with science and public welfare, with no support, of any kind, from governmental agencies.
