Resumen
La aparición de personas que presentan trastornos en la respuesta ante la exposición a múltiples compuestos químicos cada vez es mayor. Este fenómeno fue descrito en la década del 50 del pasado siglo, por el doctor Theron Randolph, a recibido diferentes denominaciones Sensibilidad Química Múltiple (SQM,)Síndrome de hipersensibilidad química, Alergia universal, Enfermedad del Siglo XX, Síndrome de Respuesta a las Sustancias Químicas, Enfermedad ecológica. Existen discrepancias en la comunidad médica en cuanto a aceptar o no este trastorno como un desorden médico genuino. En su etiología se invocan numerosos químicos y factores ambientales. Hasta el momento no se conocen sus bases fisiopatológicas, Tiene un cuadro clínico variado que involucra diversos órganos y sistemas. El diagnóstico es clínico, sigue un curso crónico y persistente. La actuación va encaminada a mejorar la calidad de vida de los afectados.

Abstract
Multiple chemical hypersensitivity
The appearance of people who present upheavals in the answer before the chemical compound manifold exhibition every time is greater. This phenomenon was described in the decade of the 50 of the last century, by doctor Theron Randolph, to received different denominations Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (SQM) Síndrome of chemical hypersensitivity, universal Allergy, Disease of Century XX, Syndrome of Answer to the Chemical Substances, ecological Disease. Discrepancies in the medical community as far as accepting or not this upheaval like a genuine medical disorder exist. In their etiología numerous chemistries and environmental factors are invoked. Until the moment their fisiopatológicas bases are not known, Has a varied clinical picture that involves diverse organs and systems. The diagnosis is clinical, follows chronic and persistent a course. The performance goes directed to improve the quality of life of the affected ones.
