Why pigeons?. We already had logos on our website dedicated to pests and animals. We lacked the pigeons, the logo of this month, following the discussion in our city  if they are pest or not. Some consider them pests and offer contraceptives. So we wrote: Contributions to the discussion of contraceptive use for pigeons in the city of Rosario (only available in Spanish). Also in this issue we present a new monograph: Toxic plants in urban environments (only available in Spanish). This year we return to the custom of raising the Frequents asked questions (FAQ) by our visitors: see (only available in Spanish). Congratulations to the new publication "Cuban Journal of Toxicology", and thank Belina Capote Marrero, having shared the new good (only available in Spanish). In this connection we note that the requirements for publication in Retel have been translated into Ukrainian: Thank you, Sofya Kravchuk!.
