Abstract
Effect of the marihuana abuse and cocaine in osteoformadores bioelements.
The drug abuse is a serious problem of public health that affects to almost all the communities and families of some way. Every year, the drug abuse produces around 40 million diseases or serious injuries in Latin America. This study includes/understands the evaluation of 35 subjects (20 males and 15 female), with ages 29 averages of ±8 years, all chronic consumers of marijuana and cocaine, with analysis of positive blood and urine positive for both drugs inclusively, the analysis I am realized by EM-UV. It was evaluated to them anthropometrically throwing physical training conditions and nutritional within acceptable ranks like normal of the population.
I determine myself to them by EAA in flames, serum levels of calcium and magnesium, elements these used like biomarcadores of bone quality, obtaining results below the reported thing by Literature like normal energy levels of reference. Analytical results averages de 65.88 ± 9.98 mgL-1 y 89.24 ± 10.15 mgL-1 for the element calcium, women and men respectively and of 12.34 ± 2.45 mgL-1 y 15.65 ± 2.34 mgL-1 for the Magnesium, women and men, respectively.
These results demonstrate a commitment with the bony quality of these individuals, which show to apparent deformation of the pommel’s and maxillaries, as well as a bad dental quality. Equal all declared to present/display acute muscular pains and is present at early of problems you will articulate, thus under their consent were evaluated by means of a bone densimetry, throwing improper levels of decalcification of the age and the women presented/displayed youthful osteoporosis. Several physical symptoms such as pain in the chest, nausea, cloudy vision, muscular spasms, convulsions can be attributed to the deficiency of these bioelements in abuse the chronic drug consumers, inclusively are known that the magnesium helps to assimilate calcium and prevent the cardiac arrhythmia. In this type of individuals with both elements it also predisposes them to handicappeds to early cardiac diseases.
Key words: Drugs of abuse, EAA, bioelements, bone, cardiovascular system.
