I bother you just to tell the sad story of my little son, Alan Ali Jordan, aged 2, death as a result of the mistaken administration of extract IPECA (instead of syrup) in the Municipal Hospital of San Vincente. After seven days of an irreparable agony process, my little son died.  A criminal legal case was raised to establish the responsibility of the medical, pharmaceutical, technical and other professional’s staff that covered up the mistaken action. I tell this story with the intention that it will not happen to anyone else again, and on behalf of the 11º-year anniversary of the death of my first son.
