In my locality and by initiative of the primary school they are collecting used batteries, but reason why I know the subject, is not easy the decontamination of  them, if there have been no changes, I have understood that the only thing that it is possible to be done is to confine them in closed cement containers. ¿Do you knowk about some change on the matter? My consultation is because it seems to me that that  is it somewhat risky that small children of the primary  school are manipulating this type of toxics without a complete knowledge of the subject. ¿Can you send information on the matter  to me or  some Internet address.
